Reliable vacuum for your research and development.
Performance
VACUU•LAN® lab vacuum systems provide significant benefits to scientists. Vacuum pumps are individually selected based on performance requirements to support high flow application and provide deep vacuum as low as 2 mbar. VACUUBRAND’s VARIO® controlled pumps automatically adjust pumping speeds to the demand placed on the system ensuring stable vacuum supply. When demand is not detected, the pump goes into a “sleep” state until demand is again placed on the system conserving energy and lowering maintenance costs.
Chemical Resistance
VACUUBRAND’s VACUU•LAN system pumps have fluoropolymer and perfluoro-elastomer wetted materials that give them outstanding resistance to the corrosive chemicals used in labs. These chemical-resistant wetted materials and exacting design standards mean that VACUUBRAND diaphragm pumps have typical service intervals of 15,000 operating hours.
Process Isolation
VACUU•LAN systems use specially designed fixtures with integrated check valves to help prevent cross-contamination and ensure vacuum stability. Lab-by-lab system installations provide total isolation from other networks, which is ideal for labs in order to support BSL labs and clean rooms.
Vacuum Control
VACUU•SELECT® Complete Controllers provide application-based control right at the point of use. Individual fixtures can be controlled electronically providing precise control to any workstation on the VACUU•LAN® system. Individual electronic control allows for differentiated vacuum performance for any point of use on the system.
